Emma is a graduate of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) and as a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2015. Emma is also a ADR Group accredited civil and commercial mediator.

Providing full service legal support, across all aspects and areas of FAY’s commercial and financial businesses, Dealing and specialising in drafting, negotiating and instructing across multi-jurisdictional matters and many sectors including Hospitality & Real Estate.

His notable achievements include spearheading debt and equity financing for major acquisitions, acting as interim CFO for Villa Roma Resort in New York, and enhancing profitability through strategic operational reforms.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW). With a proven track record of delivering results, he is dedicated to driving growth and value creation for stakeholders.
