As Chairman of FAY Investment Group, he has created a transatlantic platform with capabilities spanning the full lifecycle of real estate and hospitality investments.

Mr. Wadhwa’s career is defined by disciplined execution, analytical rigor, and an ability to identify value in complex and under-optimised assets. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial structuring, and asset repositioning, with a strong focus on hospitality-led real estate investments.

• Extensive experience across international markets, with a strong focus on M&A, capital raising, and financial structuring.
• Proven expertise in operational analysis, financial due diligence, market and feasibility studies, and valuation of complex assets.
• Led and executed transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $4 billion, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing mandates.
• Direct oversight of more than $2 billion in luxury hotel real estate across North America and Europe, including high-profile and unionised properties.

• Hands-on experience in asset management and operations, including mixed-use developments, large-scale renovations, repositioning programmes, and negotiations with third-party operators.
• Strong track record of working with investors, owners, and operators to define strategy, evaluate performance, and align long-term stakeholder interests.
• Spearheaded the acquisition of The Villa Roma Resort in New York’s Catskill Mountains, demonstrating execution capability in complex, large-scale hospitality investments.
• Holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Control.
