Charlotte qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales in July 2019 (non-practising) and is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. Charlotte successfully completed the BPTC and Master of Laws in Bar Professional Training at the City Law School, London and graduated from the University of London International Programmes with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Prior to joining FAY, Charlotte worked on a freelance basis as a County Court Advocate, allocated to the South-Eastern Circuit of England and Wales. She has extensive experience with a leading international Guernsey based law firm, including offshore jurisdiction experience in Court work, a range of Litigation disputes and specialist practice areas.

Charlotte provides legal support across multi-jurisdictional matters; handling legal and operational matters and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Charlotte manages general corporate matters for FAY, including corporate governance matters, regulatory and compliance matters and operational aspects of asset management. Charlotte provides company secretarial support, assists the MD with day-to-day business operations.
