Having grown up immersed in the hotel industry, Jordain began managing hotels and restaurants at a young age, gaining firsthand experience in the art of hospitality and the importance of guest satisfaction.

Jordain is dedicated to elevating the Catskills’ hospitality experience through innovation, design, and guest-centric service.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Business/Management from Mercy University, where he was awarded the Trustee Scholarship.

Currently, with FAY Hospitality, Jordain assists with all special projects within the company and leads training of new and existing staff. He ensures that every team member embraces the company’s culture and meets high expectations for delivering exceptional service.
